After listening to Aaryan, Armaan turned toward him and said,

“Okay, tell me… what do you want to ask?”

Aaryan looked at him carefully and said,

“How did you become so comfortable with Nitya so quickly? I mean… she just joined. But seeing you both, it doesn’t feel like you just met.”

Armaan shrugged lightly.

“There’s nothing like that, yaar…”

Aaryan raised an eyebrow.

“Then why were you sitting so close to her during lunch? I saw you in the canteen.”

Armaan replied casually,

“We were just having lunch together, that’s it.”

Aaryan paused for a moment and then said,

“You know… Kaavya saw you both. And she looked upset.”

Armaan frowned.

“What? Why would she feel like that?”

Aaryan sighed,

“I don’t know… but ever since Nitya came, Kaavya has been really quiet. I’ve noticed it.”

Armaan thought for a second and said,

“Then maybe we should find out why she got upset seeing us.”

Just then, Aarav walked up to them and asked,

“What’s going on between you two?”

Aaryan quickly replied,

“Nothing much… we just noticed Kaavya wasn’t eating during lunch. She was just staring at her tiffin.”

Aarav nodded and then said excitedly,

“Guys, come to my house today! I’ll invite Kaavya too. Aaryan, you bring Nitya as well. Let’s all hang out and enjoy.”

Meanwhile, in Class 11…

Ananya noticed Kaavya wasn’t paying attention in class. She leaned closer and whispered,

“What happened? You’re thinking about the same thing again, right?”

Kaavya stayed silent.

Ananya continued,

“Yaar, don’t overthink. Nitya just came… it’s not like that.”

Meher suddenly turned and said,

“Guys! Come to my house today. We’ll have fun together.”

Ananya and Kaavya both said,

“Yes… but—”

Maira interrupted,

“Nitya, you should come too!”

Hearing this, Kaavya again got lost in her thoughts, completely zoning out.

After School…

As everyone walked together, Meher told her brother Aarav,

“My friends—Kaavya, Nitya, and Ananya—are coming home.”

Aarav smiled and replied,

“Perfect. Armaan and Aaryan are coming too.”

Meher rolled her eyes playfully.

“Great… full house today.”

Aarav smirked,

“Yeah, and full drama too.”

🏠 At Aarav’s House

Everyone slowly gathered. Laughter filled the room, but not everyone felt the same.

Kaavya quietly sat on one side, watching everything.

Nitya and Armaan were talking and laughing together. Their comfort was visible.

Kaavya’s thoughts started racing again…

“Why does it bother me so much…?”

🎲 Truth & Dare Game Begins

Aarav clapped his hands.

“Okay guys! Let’s play Truth and Dare!”

Everyone agreed.

The bottle spun… and stopped at Ananya.

Aarav grinned,

“Truth or dare?”

Ananya crossed her arms,

“Truth.”

Aarav smirked,

“Tell me… do you like someone here?”

Ananya glared at him,

“You wish.”

Everyone laughed.

Ananya leaned closer and whispered,

“Dare next time… I’ll expose you.”

Aarav laughed,

“Challenge accepted.”

Meanwhile, Meher and Aaryan stood near the balcony.

Meher said softly,

“You’ve noticed Kaavya, right?”

Aaryan nodded,

“Yeah… she’s not okay.”

Meher sighed,

“I think she’s hiding something.”

Aaryan looked serious now,

“Then we need to help her.”

During the game, Nitya lost a dare.

Maira shouted,

“You have to sit next to Armaan for the next round!”

Nitya laughed and sat beside him.

Their shoulders brushed slightly.

Armaan smiled,

“Looks like I’m your punishment.”

Nitya teased,

“Or maybe your reward.”

They both laughed.

Kaavya watched them silently.

Her heart felt heavy.

“Why does it hurt…? They’re just friends…”

But her eyes said something else.

She got up quietly and walked to the balcony.

Aaryan noticed and followed her.

“Kaavya…” he said softly.

She wiped her eyes quickly,

“I’m fine.”

Aaryan shook his head,

“No, you’re not.”

She stayed silent.

And for the first time…

the truth felt very close to coming out.
